WSL kernel 5.10.93.2
No clever subtitle, just kernel.
Microsoft roll forward to a new baseline, and so do I. Interestingly, there are some config changes this time.

Full AppArmor patches applied to enable strict snap confinement, and with some minor configuration changes (full config file here) to keep up with the Microsoft kernel config.
